Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty has been awarded the prestigious Coldwell Banker® President’s Award of Honor, a distinction limited to only 89 firms of the more than 1,285 Coldwell Banker companies throughout the world. This designation is awarded to Coldwell Banker companies who attained closed adjusted gross commission income of $4,000,000.00 - $7,249,999.99 during the 2005 calendar year.

This prestigious membership is limited to only the top seven percent of the more than 126,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker System.

Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty Agents Named to Coldwell Banker® International Diamond Society

Christine Nielson, Karen Schneck, and Kate Wetherby, sales associates with Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty, have earned membership in the Coldwell Banker® International Diamond Society, a level achieved by only the top 13 percent of the more than 126,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty Named to Coldwell Banker® International Sterling Society 

Beverly Davis, Catherine Lenz, Marcia Weiss, Nancy Brenner, Tammy Andrus, Amy Lonas, and Thea Millen, sales associates with Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty have been honored as members of the Coldwell Banker®International Sterling Society.  The distinguished membership is limited to the top 18 percent of the more than 126,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker System.

These awards were presented at the annual Coldwell Banker International Business Conference, held February 16 – 19, 2006 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, Calif., birthplace of the Coldwell Banker brand.  The annual event brought more than 10,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates, brokers, managers and employees together for an intensive professional development program and awards ceremony. General Colin Powell, former secretary of state under President George W. Bush, and former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under President George H.W. Bush, was the conference's keynote speaker.  Attending the conference were Joan Lonergan, Principal Broker/Owner, Dianne Jabbour, Fredericka Taylor, Dave Kaplan, Mercedes Ross, and Lawrence O’Toole.
